2nd Lt Bertram Charles Whistler

I am trying to find any connection with Suffolk for this man he was KIA 1918,  Upon his death his wife moved to Suffolk.
I have found a connection with Whittington Staffs and Ashdown Essex. and his marriage in Elmham
so it just the Suffolk connection I am looking for him or his wife I don't have her name just the initial P

Probate was granted 11 /10/1919 at Ipswich to Polly Whistler value  £282 17/7

I see he was born 1886 in Thetford,  this is on the borders of Norfolk and Suffolk and has over the years been listed as either in Norfolk or Suffolk.
Perhaps this is where the Suffolk connection occurs.
