Looking for information on my ggggrandfather  Daniel McMenamie married to Roseanne Bonnar possibly in Greenock pre 1850, I have no other information.

Hi Janice, found this in the 1851 Census for Greenock-

DANIEL MCMENAMY- 53
SUSAN-     "           - 47
PATRICK   "           - 18
JAMES       "           - 13
JOHN         "          -  11
MARY          "        - 9
ANN          "      -1
 
DISTRICT 433, BOOK 7, PAGE 22

No sign of Roseanne so i presume she had died and he had remarried by 1851 being such a age gap from Ann to Mary.

Daniel and Rose Ann are my 3 great grandparents. It appears that Daniel was born in Ireland 1810 or so. Rose Ann possibly in Scotland around the same time. I have a family tree on Ancestry that goes into some detail on them. Reply if you want to see.
