deceased resident of llanfaes brecon

was wondering if anybody from llanfaes brecon remembers a man in a wheelchair who lost his two legs during the war.  i have been told that he was a nephew of howell lewis, who lived in orchard street llanfaes.  i have been told that the man's name was billy lewis????  can anyone please remember him or his family.  many thanks
