Have you identified the births of any of the children? Can you say where you have the years of birth from?
In the 1861 census, an Ancestry user has corrected Grace's name from Grace S to Grace A. That census shows her as aged 3 in 1861, i.e. born 1857-58. There is a Grace Martin birth in Redruth reg dist in September quarter 1857.
Son Thomas D was aged 1 in 1861. There is a Thomas Davey Martin birth in Redruth reg dist in June quarter 1860.
Getting that birth certificate would confirm whether that is the correct birth, and if so, would tell you Elizabeth's birth surname.
With names as common as the couple's, finding a marriage without knowing her surname is a bit unlikely -- and if you did find a likely one, you couldn't be sure it was the right one.
