Looking at other trees elsewhere, it seems I am connected with Charity Trevarthen.

I have a Great Great Grandfather George Crago 13 Nov 1831 who married Elizabeth Allen on 30 Sept 1856.

Her father, John Rundell Allen had married Constance Rodda on 24 Oct 1825. She was baptised on 26 Sept 1805, daughter of Richard + Thomasine Rodda.

Richard's father had married Grace Rowe who was the daughter of Daniel + Charity.

Hello folks,

I have found the marriage of Charity Trevarton's parents William and Grace in the Crowan parish registers, in the year 1726. Unfortunately, Grace's maiden name is not specified. I am keen to trace Grace's ancestry yet this is obviously proving difficult without that vital detail. There were many girls called Grace baptised in Crowan around the turn of the eighteenth century, which adds to the problem. Is anyone able to suggest a solution to finding Grace's maiden surname?
