Thanks for the extra information. Greatly appreciated. It's a little confusing at this stage and perhaps I need to look at these records myself. I presume they are available on Find my Past with a subscription?

They are available on Findmypast with a subscription or credits.

It is not as easy to use as it used to be.

Apart from the names previously mentioned, other baptisms of a William and Elizabeth are:
Henry 1828 - abode Bethesda
William 1830 - abode Bethesda
William 1832 - abode Bethesda
It would mean that the two Williams would have died before 1835

There is also a Sarah born to William Parry and Elizabeth Williams, a spinster, in 1828.

St Ann's is close to Bethesda, so the above could be correct.

These map links might be useful to see where they lived:-

Hi Jon -

I think we're researching the same branch of the Parry and Jones family. (William Lewis Jones, died Charters Towers, 1926?) I'm planning a trip to North Wales a little later in the summer - I have friends originally from Ffestiniog that I've roped in for help. Do let me know if there's anything further you need looking up/out for. Happy to help out.

Best

Anthea
