I would certainly agree with Forarian that the panel above the door is the most likely aspect to have remained consistent in original condition - but no guarantees.

Thanks for the post. Unfortunately, while I only saw one home with an exterior that was (basically) the same as that in the original picture, the style of the panel above the door was very common. I saw dozens just like it while searching yesterday. I'll keep plugging away and see how long it takes me to admit the futility of trying to find one house out of tens of thousands!
