Might be onto something here ....

One of the witnesses is a Jeremiah Norton.

Looking at the same register a Jeremiah Norton married Sarah Milligan, who was a widow, on the 20 May 1776 at Yarmouth.

Eventually found a marriage for a George Milligan and Sarah Bulman!

Looking at Freereg, a George Milligan died at Yarmouth in 1774.

It's possible Sarah was Mary Bulman's elder sister ...
