Hi, Please tell me , which is the best way of determining just who the above wed in 1905, I mean of course without buying the marriage cert, the above wed in 1905, Great Yarmouth, all the sites I have tried gives Kate Florence Baker & Florence Edith Tubby, in the same entry 4b / 34.
Look forward to any suggestions.

A Florence Kate Wooden of 63 Upper Cliff Road Gorleston died on 24 May 1947 at Great Yarmouth and probate was granted on 3 Nov 1947 to her husband William Robert Wooden retired fisherman

Edit - I checked the births after 1911 for Wooden births with mother's maiden name Baker or Tubby but couldn't find any. You could check the 1911 census.

I usually try to cross reference names using the census after the marriage in order to gain dob/place of birth.

The only possible Tubby/Mitchell marriage   from 1870 to 1920 in Norfolk is the one above and there is this birth reg:

Births Sep 1913   (>99%)

Mitchell    Alice     Yarmouth    4b   11 mother's maiden name Tubby

so it looks like Kate Florence Baker married William Robert Wooden
