 I'm a descendant of Percy's and have been trying to find out about his parents. I found a note in some family letters recently saying that his parents are "Adolphe Page, Captain 2nd Queens Regiment and Amy Matilda Irwin"

We had believed Percy was originally Percy Page (so I can believe Page-Phillips) and adopted his mother's maiden name of Anstey in about 1906 because he fell-out with his father's family over his choice of acting as a career. They had all been military men!

I'd be keen to receive any information or GED files relating to Amy or Percy.
