Is the 1911 census search easier to use than for other years or was it not possible to do 1911 address searches before? I get confused easily!

They are apparently reinstating address searches on all census we just have to be patient  ::)
Census information is Crown Copyright, from www.nationalarchives.gov.uk

The 1911 is complete as I said in my earlier post. The others are still work in progress  :)

also have noticed a street name box which allows free text in other censuses so not restricted to the drop down list
Berks / Oxon: Eltham, Annetts, Wiltshire (surname not county), Hawkins, Pembroke, Partridge
Dorset / Hants: Derham, Stride, Purkiss, Sibley
Yorkshire: Pottage, Carr, Blackburn, Depledge
Sussex: Goodyer, Christopher, Trevatt
Lanark: Scott (soldier went to Jersey CI)
Jersey: Fowler, Huelin, Scott
