Hi there,  I am new to this page and not sure how it works.  However here goes.
I am looking for family of John Sandison born 19.12.1822 in Burghead.

Can anyone help?

Searching the index at http://www.scotlandspeople.gov.uk/ I can't see a birth registered in Wigtownshire for a John Sandison.
There are 4 John Sandison births in Scotland 1922/1923.

Do you have any further information about John ?

Hi, thanks for getting back to me.
John was born in Duffus in 1822  - Married Margaret Cook 30.4.1840. I think he had a son also John. 

Cant trace his parents.

So it's 1822 not 1922.
No wonder I could not find him

There is a few bits about John Sandison , blacksmith in Burghead.
