There are some parish records for Co. Carlow included on www.irishgenealogy.ie, but just Church of Ireland at the moment, and according to Ryan's historic CofI records for St. Mullins parish do not survive.

The RC records go back to 1790s, but have quite a few gaps. There may be some partial RC record extracts online on websites... but these tend to focus on particular families or areas.

note few RC registers include deaths.

Aren't St. Mullins records part of Borris RC parish register?  You can rent the film from the familysearch.org web site.  The Borris records are on line
Byrne, Jordan, Neville, Codd (Wexford), Hackett (Dublin) Kidney, McNamara, Driscoll (Cork) Cleary & Hogan (Offaly and Tipperary) Finnerty (Roscommon)
