Place Name - Redruth

Could someone please help me with a place name on a marriage certificate.  It looks like Lean's Court but I don't know if such a place existed

The certificate is from 1851 so is a bit difficult to read.  It's in the parish of Redruth and the marriage is between John Martin & Elizabeth Davy. 

Any help would be gratefully received.
Nicholson - Hargrave/Raunds
Gates - Hargrave
Miller - Lytham
Kelly/Kelley - Cumbria/Isle of Man
Linnell - Silverstone
Major - Towcester
Martin - Cornwall/Isle of Man
Davy - Cornwall

Did they marry before or after the census in 1851?

Might be worth looking them up to see if either or both were at that address - one that is hopefully easier to read!

There is a Lemins Court in Redruth.

They got married in November 1851.

Lemins court sounds good.
