if my and jenj Harold Edward are one and the same then note it gives his birth place as norfolk

then this might be his birth reg

they can be found in the 1911 census in Norfolk too with many more children but no harold e hughes

Now this is a mystery as I have previously posted looking for the Harold you quote as died WW1. Was not aware that he was of the same family, but it is if course quite possibly him. It would fit

Harold E Hughes was not born 1912 and therefore would not appear on the 1911.
