I am after the birth information for Hannah and James Jones in the 1871 census their birth place is
Thornbury James 30 and Hannah 32 and in the 1881 census their birth place is Buckover James 40 and Hannah 42.

Their mother and father could be George Jones and Mary Taylor

Yes they are.

1861 birthplace is Buckover.

Mother Mary is a widow.

You could order one of their birth certificates if you wanted a more precise place of birth  :)
