I have been hunting for Thomas Bishop, wheelwright, in the 1851 census for years. Today I finally found him in the 1851 census in Guernsey residing with his two sons, Thomas and James and a daughter Caroline. Also in the house is a Mary Ann Webb (Wibb) and her son William, also a wheelwright.

Thomas Bishop was actually born in Long Load, Somerset and his children were also born in Somerset.

I want to know if he died in Guernsey and/or if he married in Guernsey after the 1851 census. I cannot find him anywhere after this date

Any help with this brick wall will be hugely appreciated  :)
