Mercer House Dublin

Hi
Does anyone have any local knowledge concerning Mercer House, Mercer Street, Dublin? I've been informed the area was heavily developed in the 1950/60s and many families moved from the area. Having spoken to staff at a local cemetery i'm under the impression that it is still occupied. Can anyone advise where I could locate the property owners or the relevant department at the council?
