Evening
I forgot my SP password , which I have done previously. I went into login help, put my username in and it came up saying a new password had been emailed. Except no email ever arrives????

I also filled out their contact form online but nobody seems to reply. Any suggestions??

Ideas:

1. Have you checked your spam folder?  it could be there.

2. Have you changed your e-mail address since you joined?

Yes, checked my spam and I haven't changed my email address. They are usually good at responding when you fill out the online form but that was weeks ago and nothing.

Yes got to there. I've forgotten it before and when I've filled that out I get a new one emailed instantly. This time i'm not getting anything. I just wondered if there was a fault that others had experienced. I'll try and phone them.
