Just adding a wee snippet to what Dave has given you.

On the 1841 Census, the All Saints was All Saints Parish, one of Newcastle-upon-Tyne's "ancient" parishes.

Their street address was Painter Heugh (census enumerator was fond of abbreviating it to " P.H." , makingit look like a street with many public houses)

It was/is off Pilgrim Street , (today a continuation of Northumberland St) which ran from River Tyne up through Newcastle centre (for pilgrims of course.)

 Area now just east of Dean St, but now squeezed by Newcastle's Central Motorway

The C1841 page ref is HO107 Book 1, Folio 32 Page 21.

I am sure you have now found marriage was in Selkirk, Scotland 1839. Relation to you is?1851 daughtercRachel with my great great grandfather.

just checked GRO who now show mother's maiden name on birth reg.

Found Rachel Shiell b S quarter 1840 mmn Armstrong .   v25 p302
also     Helen Shiell b J quarter 1839 mmn Armstrong.   v25 p332.   both born Newcastle upon Tyne.
