Hi,
I have a short sentence that I would like to have on every email I send. Can this be done and if so how do I do it?
Any advice welcome,
Regards,
Abiam

Depending on your provider you may be able to add a signature.
With BT Yahoo I can add a message to all my outgoing mails. One can edit the colour and add pictures I believe. There is a tick box to enable you to turn it on or off.

Hi Abiam
I use the signature to put this message on all my emails:
You can help stop email address-harvesting and protect yourself and recipients by using the Bcc (Blind Carbon Copy) option when sending to multiple addresses.
You should also delete all the attached addresses from a message before forwarding it on.

Hello both,
I tried the 2nd option but it wouldn't let me unless I pay for the honour! Think I'll just type it!
Thank you,

??? ???
What email programme do you use?

If you are using Outlook Express or Thunderbird, you can add a signature that can be used on every outgoing email. Does not matter which provider you are on.
Sound like you may be using a webmail based program.

Hi Abiam
Glad you got there.
Sorry, I don't use IE or Yahoo.
Sounds like it's not an installed option.

Oh well, you'll all have to put up my bad spelling! ;D ;D ;D ;D
Thanks Bren

If you are using O.E.
To put a message in all outgoing mail go to Tools> Options>Signatures.
Spellcheck in O.E. is not available unless you have MS Word, Excel ot Powerpoint installed.
Hope this helps,

Genie, I made a mistake and got rid of those when I put on Open Office!!
Don't know why the guy recommended this and I was my usual green self when it comes to computers.
Thanks for letting me know at least I can stop searching for it
