Hi Dale
I wonder if this is the marriage
Hannah Maria Vicars
1890
Sept Quarter
Glanford Brigg
Lincs
vol 7a
page 1167
Only other person on the page is Robert Parks
Just wondered if they spelt the Vickers/Vicars wrong, and Hannah is down as Annie on the 1901 census

Hi Marlene
Annie Maria Vickers (as her birth was reg in 1871) born Scawby Brook, Lincs, was married as Hannah Maria Vicars on 11 Aug 1890 to my husband's 2C3R, Robert Parks b 1862 Ulceby, Lincs.
Robert Parks and my husband's mutual ancestors are Robert Cooper and Elizabeth (unknown) b abt 1775. Robert's 1 x g grandparents and my husband's 4 x g grandparents.
I can supply more info if you are interested.

Hi Folks
Firstly many many thanks for your help!
Hannah Maria was, I think, registered as Annie Maria so I think you may be right Ricky that the surname has altered. This is exactly why I like to gain as much info as I can beforenordering certs (I am going forward as the some of the family emigarted. This way I can give the RO the options).
Charles Henry's wife had a child Mary Willey Shipman 2 years before the marriage so I think the 1891 will also be correct.
The unfortunate thing is that neither census gives me the possible name of the mystery child in the photo!
I'll have to do soe homework! Right now the lawns are calling!
Thanks Diddy for the advice about the Tree!
