Title: Cliff Grange, Market Drayton
Post by: Agent L on Friday 09 October 09 10:00 BST (UK)
My ggg grandfather was born at Cliff Grange, Market Drayton in 1794 but although we have driven around the area we have been unable to locate it. I think it may not exist any more, but I would love to know where it is/was and what has happened to it. Any information would be very much appreciated.

My daughter eventually found Cliff Grange on an old map and I found it opposite the MOD houses at Tern Hill - and it's still there.

I lived at Cliff Grange quite a lot until 1968 when my grandfather died...

Hello Jane and welcome to rootschat!

Agent L hasn't been on rootschat since 2010, however hopefully they will receive an email notification of your post. I'm sure they would be interested to hear from you.  :)
