As many of us are acutely aware, 2014 marks the centenary of the outbreak of the First World War, and further such anniversaries throughout the months approaching 1919 will also mark the passing of one hundred years. With this in mind and of course these anniversaries bearing some meaning to most of us on this site, on those contemplations I would like to put forward an idea that can be seriously discussed.
