I'm chuffed. Although the monumental inscriptions dataset only has one of the 8 parishes of interest to me, it did have the inscriptions for my gt x 3 grandparents and a gt x 2 grandmother.
I've also found - at last - the date of marriage for another set of gt x 3 grandparents, in the archbishop's transcriptions. The parish marriage register had the banns but the page where the marriage should have been was damaged & illegible, so I only knew it was in April 1794. Now I know it was on 21st!
