I've got the transcribed registers, baptisms 1761 - 1812, marriages 1754 - 1812, burials 1761 - 1812.
I'll need a bit more information as there are literally hundreds of entries. Have you got any names?

The transcriptions for baptisms don't begin until 1761. I don't know whether the originals go back earlier, but I doubt it, as Clwyd FHS would have transcribed them.
Here are the earliest:
10 August 1761, base son of John Hughes and Catherine Hughes, abode Plas yn Llan.
20 August 1762, son of Peter and Jane, Trelogan.
13 February 1763, son of Robert and Ellen, Kelston.
For marriages, I started from 1766 (i.e. John's age 21) For brevity I'll sp for spinster, ba for batchelor, wdw and wdr. In each case it stated "both of this parish".
8 November 1766 to Mary Hughes, ba/sp.
14 October 1767 to Mary Davies, wdr/wdw.
30 April 1769 to Anne Hughes, ba/sp.
30 October 1773 to Anne Williams, ba/sp.
11 November 1786 to Jane Jones, ?/sp.
13 October 1791 to Anne Price, wdr/sp.
4 February 1797 to Elizabeth Thomas, ba/sp.
8 April 1797 to Sarah Jones, ba/sp.

There's no way of knowing. The only information shown is what I've given you. He could be any one (or none) of the first five, and then married Anne Price.
There are a number of buriels recorded of Mary, Anne and Jane Hughes' but again I can't see any way of relating them to your John.
Have you got him in any of the censuses?

I have hughes family in llanasa edward hughes birth unknown
thomas hughes son birth 1847 llansannan and his son charles born 1877
in LLANASA also sons robert and edward daughter ellen for more info contact me

i have found two john hughes. dob- march 28th 1748 to david and catherine? gwespyr.
or john hughes, dob- sept. 18th 1748 to john and catherine, axton. but there are no john hughes born from 1739 to 1750?. hope this helps.

have not been able to find death of David but have following on Catherine you`ll have to decide which is yours!.

Sept 21 1783 axton(poss. been recorded twice, death and burial?)
Feb 28 1777 gwespyr
Nov 22 1804 axton
i only have records for deaths up to 1812.

have found marrage to David - Sept 5 1747 to Catherine parry.
- Jan 27 1750 to Mary ap Evan.
these are the only marrages for a David hughes i could see for the time scale.
