Hi i am trying to find out were my granny and her father is buried. Is there any way to track them down i cant find any death certs for them and tryed will records no luck is there any way i can track them down. There names are THomas Dignam and his daughter Alice Dignam Drogheda Co Louth

Hi blue000125, I can"t offer you any help as such, but I can empathise with you I have the same problem, I know that the ancestor I am looking for died in Jan 1960, in Co Louth, but like you can not find a certificate for him, we can only hope that if we post their names on enough boards, that some kind soul will come along, that the name "rings a bell"with. I live in hopes. And I wish you all the luck in the world with your search. Juliefay.

You will find records for St.Peter's Cemetery Drogheda at www.discovereverafter.com I can see various Dignams including an Alice and a Thomas.

Hi I remember the lady your on about. She lived in.mary st Drogheda she died about the 1960s to 1970s. She use to dress people at funeral wakes. she is buried in calvery drogheda. She was called Miss Dignam. Good luck in your search I hope you find what your looking for
