Searching for any details on John COSTELLOand Mary KENNEDY whose son Pierce was bap 1833 at St Nicholas, Windgap. He emigrated to Australia in 1857. He had a sister Mary who also emigrated. Any help re parents' marriage, deaths or origins much appreciated.

You need to give some idea of dates. Century, decade?
Did William and Ellen marry in Canada or Ireland? Finding that would be a start.
If they had children, the year their first was born would be a good starting point.

We have Peter william having no the following kids dis: William born 1819-21, Martin b. 1920, Thomas b. 1825- all in Ireland, thought to be windgap, Kilkenny. Another child, Mary b1829 was born in prince edward island. It would seem they immigrated grated before 1829.
Pierce married catherine fox.
John married Catherine ready.
Pierce John and Peter William were thought to be brothers. Ages?

As you can see from the link Conahy Calling posted the Windgap register starts Aug 1822 but you might be able to find Thomas.

Anybody know where to search digital records from windgap?

Ancestry and Find My Past.
BTW the records are in Latin on the images, the first name in Latin but not the surname.
Not sure if they have been translated on the searchable by name sites but I'd expect they are.
