Would anyone happen to know the name of the local newspaper for Harlow for 1875 was?
-
Hi
If you type in Harlow to the British Library newspaper catalogue
http://catalogue.bl.uk/F/?func=file&file_name=find-b&local_base=NPL
not a lot shows for the period you are interested in. It may be a newspaper in an adjacent larger town covered Harlow?

The Essex Standard carries some Harlow news. Mainly reports from the Assizes and notable crime cases in the area. This is available through the Gale Group (subscription/institutions).

It's the second part of the British Libraries 19th century collection but which is not available through the British Library's site.

See if your local library has access. The Essex library provides it and I believe many others.
This document from the Essex Record Office may also help you.

Hope this helps.
