I have a deed dated 1819 relating to Pomphlett Mills and lands in Plymstock being sold or released by Messrs Luscombe & Cuming (The trustees of Mr & Mrs John King) to a Benjamin Rowe and mentioning a Francis Brooking Cuming of Totnes. It is 17 pages long on thick paper. I bought it a few years ago and it is for sale at £25. Please let me know if you are interested or would like further details,
