A Louisa Evans, my Great Grandmother, wife of George lived at Ynysygarth beside the Clydach Ironworks in 1911.
I am looking for any information regarding where she moved to from there . Electoral Rolls in 1914 do not have her living there any more

Hi and welcome to Rootschat
What year did George die and what year did she die?
A copy of either death cert should show a different address

Contacted her how - in person or by letter?
In person may possibly mean she was living in Tredegar or thereabouts (or just visiting the area) but if by letter she could have been anywhere in Wales
Tredegar came under Bedwelty registration district and there are no deaths in that RD for a Louisa Evans
In fact - there are only 14 deaths in Wales for her name with a birthyear between 1865-1869 from 1916 onwards
if you ignore the ones with middle names - it reduces to 9
Of those - 7 deaths were in Glamorgan one in Pembrokeshire and one in Newport Monmouthshire

I was only about 9 or 10years old I think it must have someone who knew about the adoption i remember the elderly lady and a daughter in the house

Louisa was b 1867 so by the late 1940's she would be around 80.
Her daughter Mary would be in her 50's by then and to a child of 10 or so that can appear quite elderly so do you think it's possible it was Mary and her daughter who visited rather than Louisa and Mary?
Why do you think the visitors were Louisa and Mary and why do you think the visit was about the adoption? Did you hear their conversation?
Is the identity of the visitors fact or supposition? Is the purpose of their visit fact or supposition?
