Rosie
Many thanks for the post 1881 details and your PM is very much appreciated. I hope I am not asking too much but if possible could I ask for the pre 1881 censuses.
Kind Regards, Roy

Hi Rosie & Keyboard
Thanks for the details; I discovered I had two ancestors employed at this farm, twenty years apart. My aim was to hopefully find them named on the census and to learn how long the same family were in possession of the farm. You have answered both questions. Thank you for your help
Kind Regards
Roy

No problem at all glad to have helped :) :)

Hello Rosie or Keyboard
I honestly thought I had finished with Cnwc y barcut but there's still more to learn. I wonder if you could please do a look-up on the last two censuses regarding the Evans family in 1851 and 1841.
Regards, Roy

Hi do you have parent's names and places of birth as there are a lot of Evan's about ;D ;D
-
Rosie, don't I know it; I've got Evans's coming from all angles. I'm sorry to have troubled you; scrolling through the topic I realised the family were new to Cnwc y barcut by the 1861, prior to which they were residing at Cananbach, Llanrhystydd-Haminiog. So please ignore the latest ask.
Regards, Roy
