Hi there i am looking for information on a john higginbotham he was born born 18th sept 1882 trimmers lane married margaret busher 16th dec 1919 from bride street john lived in abbey street at the time his brother james was bestman. He was 37 & she was 33 when married her father was edward his father was william. John died on the 14th sep 1942 at selskar st. Any infomation about both will be helpful.

A Margaret Hanton and an Edward Busher both have same volume number and page number for a arriage in Wexford in the last quarter of 1884

A Margaret Hanton was born in Wexford in 1866.
A Margaret Busher died in Wexford in 1944 with birth date given as 1866.

When margaret died she would have been margaret higginbotham not busher .

I think Culbaire is referring to Margaret wife of Edward Busher.

Thank you for your pass help. There was an edward busher that died june 7th 1916 in france he was a member of the 2nd batt royal irish from bride st wexford not sure if he came from 24 or number 7 if his address was number 7 he was margaret brother and john brother-in law any help i be greatful diarmuid

There does not seem to be a birth recorded for him though he is 5 in 1901 i think it more likely he was born 1895 as his sister Anastatia is recorded in 1896

yes i have checked it margaret busher brpther he is in corbie communal cemetery extensoin france he died 7th june 1916 somme plot 1 row a grave 13 . With your kind help it just took a few hours i am delight dathai thank you

john higginbotham death 14th sep 1942 60yrs his wife margaret higginbotham nee busher 2nd april 1954 66 yrs ,well lane on margaret death cert it has john down as sailor , so he died 1942 so i presume it was the british navy WW1 has anyone come a cross his name in wexford . Or maybe a local sailor or fisherman . Checked the archive in kew, there 10 john higginbotham but noting such as seaman. Thx any help at all. Diarmuid
also looking for infomation for james higginbotham died 30th august 1922 he may have been a sailor at the time of his death he lived in ram street.
And stephen higginbotham who married a mcmahon is bother in law was a councillor in the wexford coporation 1920 and 1930s. Stephen died march 1931
