My Great G Grandmother was Bridget Clarke (nee Rooney) born in Leitrim about 1830. Married Patrick Clarke, they had four children (according to the death cert) She and two children, John and Isobella came to N.Z. 1874 Patrick never came out neither did two other children. Can't find BDM for Patrick or Bridgets birth. have Johns baptism and Bridgets death cert. need help if at all possible. The marriage was in Manorhamilton.

Civil Registration in Ireland for Births, Marriages and Deaths did not take place in Ireland until 1864 for Roman Catholics. This will explain why you have found a Death Certificate, but no birth or marriage. Your best opportunity to get this information would be from the Church record transcriptions that may be available from the Leitrim Genealogy Centre in Ballinamore.
Regards,
John

They start 1834 but are subscription and will only be transcripts.

Civil Registration in Ireland for Births, Marriages and Deaths did not take place in Ireland until 1864 for Roman Catholics.
Civil registration of births and death for everyone in Ireland started in 1864. Registration of Catholic marriages also started in 1864 but from 1845 for non-Catholic marriages (including Registry Office ones).
This will explain why you have found a Death Certificate, but no birth or marriage.
"She and two children, John and Isobella came to N.Z. 1874" Bridget died in New Zealand not Ireland.
