Mar qtr 1912 Thomas Gardner to Margaret Jane Williams looks the most likely marriage
Llandudno came under Conway Registration District
https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:26CF-KSW
if it is the correct marriage and she was Margaret Jane Williams - there are only 2 with that name in the census the year before  looks like she is with her mother aged 40
looking at census  results Margaret Jane Williams was 22 when she married and was born in Festiniog,Merionethshire ................

added - do you know Margaret Jane Gardner maiden name - if so ,could you post it please ....I cant find a Doris Gardner with MMN Williams - so my post now looks wrong unless Doris is Dorothy E Gardner b 1917 Chester
