Hi all im looking thru sctppl for any CRANSTON/CRANSTOUNs Can you suggest any name varients
Im looking for Janet CLARK who m John CRANSTOUN c1773 in Drumzelier?
Son Thomas b c1778 m Jane BARTRAM?BERTRAM I cant find any marriages  at all

Found - John Cranston m Janet Clerk 25 May 1773 in Scotlandspeople

Also found the births of some of Thomas Cranstown/Cranstoun & Jean Bertram's children at Glenholm in the IGI/LDS site - John 1815, Alexander 1816, George 1818, etc

Did find a similar family in the 1841census living at Pirns Mains, stow - worth a look the parents and children match - parents ages a bit off, but nothing unusal with the 1841 census - it tended to round ages up and/down
