I'm trying to find some living descendants of Georgina Fleming.
She was born in Edinburgh in 1859 and sometimes took the middle name of Helen, her parents being Charles Fleming and Amelia Jane Goldbergh. In the late 1870's her family moved to Manchester when Georgina became an actress, moving to London and touring the country on the provincial touring circuits.
She married John Preston in 1896 and they had 3 children: Margaret Preston who died at 2 months, Amelia Ann Mary Preston in 1885 and John Frederick Edwin in 1890. He died in 1914 and what happened to Amelia is a mystery.
Georgina moved back to Manchester in 1910 and back to Scotland in 1918 where she lived with one of her sisters at Ford Road Crieff until her death in 1929. Georgina had a number of other siblings who ended up in Leicestershire and Kent as well as in Scotland.
Any information would be most welcome. Thanks.

We don't do searches for the still-might-be-living.
But you state that any descendants would be from John Fredrick Edwin Fleming who died 1914
(who was wife & kid(s)??)
OR
Amelia Ann Mary Preston b in 1885 (where was her birth)? and when/where was she last sighted?

and have a look at those marriage/ kids birth dates. Looks wrong to me.

There is a Amelia Preston born 1887 Kensington living with her father John a theatre manager on the 1901 Census at Kennington Road Lambeth. Is this her?

I forgot to say also at the same address were son John Preston born Manchester 1890 and mother in law Amelia Fleming Widow born 1845 At sea.

Yes that is the Amelia and John Preston.
I posted in the hope that some Fleming relatives might read the post, but it seems I'm barking up the wrong tree (or post!)

Have you got the information regarding Amelia's Marriage and child?

Amelia didn't marry but had a relationship with an Arthur Preston (no relation) and they had a child, Marie Mena Frances Preston in 1908. She died in 1993 and none of her relations could shed any light on Georgina.

So the only possible unknown descendents from Georgina will be via John Frederick Edwin.
When he died in 1914 was he married? Who registered death? Did he leave a Will?

No he died intestate not having married. I was really looking for descendants of georgina's siblings who might have some information.

Can you list the siblings by name and also say when and where you last found them, and what you already know about each one?
(First post implies there were several, and that you have some info about where they ended up already)

That's right - not Georgina's descendants.
Her siblings were: Amelia Philippina Goldbergh Fleming born 1862 Edinburgh, married John Nelson 1896 in Crieff, died 1948 in Crieff.
Charles born 1865 in Edinburgh and died 1914 in Manchester.
Albert James Goldbergh born 1866 in Edinburgh and died 1913 in Manchester, married Margaret Cooper in Manchester in 1903.
Arthur John William born 1869 in Edinburgh married Mary Agnes Green in Abt. 1891
Frank McKenzie born 1872 in Edinburgh, married Elizabeth Beata Stuart in 1902 in Croydon and died in 1909 in Canterbury.
Peter Phillip Goldbergh born 1876 in Edinburgh married Rachel Alice Gleeson in Manchester in 1898 and died in Leicestershire in 1954.
David S born 1878 in Manchester - nothing else known.
Two remaining siblings were born 1880 and died in 1880 and 1882.

Elizabeth Beata Stuart was already a widow in her 50's when she married Frank (nee Curtois, her previous marriage to Albert Edward Stuart produced some children) . She can be seen on 1911 as a widow. So no descendents from that line. Unless Frank had a previous marriage with children.
Peter and Rachel can be seen on 1911 too. I suggest you look at that also to see about children of the marriage.

No, Frank had not been married before Elizabeth came along.

Albert James Goldberg also married an older widow, and can also be seen on 1911 census.
1911 will clarify if there were any children of his marriage to Margaret (sorry look ups aren't allowed so I cant tell you)
