Can anyone make out the birthplace here, please? I think the county is Cardigan, but what is the town/village?

Possibly Llechryd but it shows ed not yd on the document

I agree with Carol, Llechred (Llechryd) about 3 miles from Cardigan.

Thanks everyone. I've looked at the baptism registers for Llechryd and it seems to  be the right place.

I meant to write Llechryd but the machine changed it all.   The modern world........
