Charles in 1841 and 1851 which ties in with father in tree -1851 presumably after his father's death his mother remarriaged (Charles's marriage cert would confirm his father and his occupation)

Charles was born pre civil registration - there is a baptism
Charles Warboys
Baptism 31 Jul 1836 Croydon Cum Clapton,Cambridge
Parents James and Susan Warboys
However I think his sister Mary Ann was registered in 1846 and on the GRO birth index she is listed with mother's maiden name as Jiggle
MARY ANN WORBOYS Mothers maiden name JIGGLE

Looks a good possibility for Elizabeth Darnell https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:NRST-WJ1

Kay thanks. Sorry to tell you that Worboys and my friends Warboys are different families. There could of course be transcript wrong spelling. So I really have to ignore Jiggle and the two family searches. You have been brilliant. ivor

Maybe the best way forward would be the marriage cert to confirm Charles's fathers name and his occupation

Why do you doubt this :-\
Charles in 1841 and 1851 which ties in with father in tree -1851 presumably after his father's death his mother remarriaged (Charles's marriage cert would confirm his father and his occupation)

The screen shot you show does not make sense you have Charles bn 1838 with his father born 1832 :-\

Fact - there is only one Charles Warboys born at Croydon, Cambridgeshire in the relevant time frame and that is the Charles Warboys already mentioned i.e. bp.31/7/1836 son of James and Susan.
Rejecting because of spelling is a wrong thing to do. At this time the vast majority of people were illiterate and what was written down was done by a registrar, vicar or census enumerator who would simply write it as they thought it was spelt. You'll find the spelling of names can vary from census to census.
Since full details of the marriage of Charles and Elizabeth are not available online the only way you can know for sure is, as already suggested, obtaining a copy of the marriage certificate to establish father.
James Warboys married Susannah Giggles (?) 10/1/1828 Potton, Bedfordshire (only 7 miles from Croydon).
Going back to the spelling, 2 of James and Susan's children were baptised as Mary Warboise in 1829 and Hannah Warbois in 1830.
With a surname like this one you'll no doubt find lots of spelling variations the further back you go.
