You can get extra information from Deceased Online without a subscription if you look around the site.
The entries for Greater Manchester may come from records held by TNA in RG37 Removal of graves and tombstones from disused and closed burial grounds and cemeteries.
http://discovery.nationalarchives.gov.uk/details/r/C3106733
click on Coverage, and a list of the datasets is shown. The system defaults to Date Added but as you don't know when that was, change to format to Alphabetical.
Greater Manchester is on page 7.
Click on that and you get a further list, scroll down the page to see the Manchester entries.
It's possible your request refers to Weaste cemetery
https://www.salford.gov.uk/weastecemetery
If that's the case, then maybe contact them directly for more information as you have the exact burial date.

Thank you very much.

If you haven't got one already, I have a grave location map for you. The grave reference is M/33. If you send me a pm with your contact details I can send you the map.

I've found an image of the gravestone on Billion Graves but it is not very clear. It looks as though it has weathered over the years making the inscription more difficult to read.
If you are able to access the Billion Graves website you can have a look for yourself. It gives you the exact location of the grave.

Thank you! I've just had a look. See what you mean, names only on the kerb setts and badly weathered. Thanks for your help.
