Can anyone decipher the names of the witnesses and the Vicar?

Thanks in advance

The witnesses look to me to be Stephen Spurling and ? Tomlinson, the letter being either I, J or T.  Not sure about the vicar though.  Looks like Horabuckle, and surprisingly, there is such a name!

Regards
GS

I'd agree with Greensleeves on the witnesses.

The Clergy Database (http://theclergydatabase.org.uk/) doesn't have anyone called Horabuckle, but there are four called Hornbuckle, of whom three would have been alive in 1809.

Thank you.  I'm much obliged.
