Can anyone please help me with this.

Catherine E McQuade born 12 Jul 1878 in New York to Michael McQuade and Elizabeth McCrudden?

Can anyone find me a reference for this birth as I can't find it.

Also can any find the reference to her marriage to James McGuigan.

I am trying to work out what happened Bernard McGuigan born on 10 JAN 1875 • Legavallon, Co Derry, IR to parents Michael McGuigan and Catherine Donaghy.

Is this Bernard in the 1920 census

Not sure this chap is from the area you were researching but will list him since it is similar surname to your research Kernan/Mckernan/McKiernan - he was on the same passenger list. (

There is also a John McKiernan aged 19 years on this passenger list - aged 19 years - farm labourer - Ballinamore - father Pat McKiernan - going to Chicago Illinois.

Yes its strange no birth coming up. Catherine is recorded as born on the 12 July 1878 on her death certificate.
