Title: Wellington Archives – Intention to Marry look up.

Dear All,

I don't live in New Zealand and wondered if someone that was going to the Wellington Archives could kindly do a look up for me please.

In 1876 Sarah Proctor Mercer married Joseph Henderson, I would like to obtain the details off their Intention to Marry notice.

I hope this is the reference: Archives of New Zealand, Wellington Office Reference is: “Notices of Intention to Marry 1876 (R2840388)” Series 8937, Record Group BDM20, Box/Item 21/, Record Number 21.
