Can anyone help me track down my GGG Grandfather William Strudwick in the 1861 census? I cannot find him. Here is what I know...
Baptised in August 1830, Mitcham.
Parents, Elisha Strudwick & Jane Williams.
Married Maria Cecilia Thurkettle 1854, Chelsea.
She was born around 1831.
His occupation is listed several times as a Baker.
Has 2 children (that I know of). The first...
William Thomas Strudwick. 1857. Pimlico.
The Second...
Harry Alfred Strudwick. 4th Feb 1861. Plumstead.
Both Kids survive well into old age.
1871 and 1881 censuses show him living in Tonbridge.
Hopefully that's enough info to go on.
Cheers

"Plumstead is a district of south east London located in the Royal Borough of Greenwich. It is located east of Woolwich and south west of Thamesmead."
This section is missing from the 1861, I wonder if they could have been there?
407 Kent Greenwich Woolwich Arsenal (6) Woolwich
