Title: Photo Alteration of my friend Trevor

Can anyone help alter this photograph of my deceased friend Trevor for me please.  I am hoping to have the date stamp etc removed from Trevor's right arm as you look at the photo on the left, and also the fridge magnets on the fridge in the background.
