Title: Thomas Curtis of Iron Acton
Post by: Chris1286 on Wednesday 15 November 17 07:31 GMT (UK)
I am trying to find why Thomas Curtis born 31.1.1796 at Iron Acton. He died in Gloucester Gaol on the 5.11.1929. Why was he sent there and where was he buried. His wife Ruth Nichols died in 1951 a pauper. She brought up a son Thomas Curtis who later went to South Wales. Did she have other children?

Hi,

I just found this post as I have just started to research Thomas. I am interested in knowing how you are connected. I am related through one of his sisters.

Hi,

If you click on Chris1286 you will see his profile which shows that he hasn't been here since 15 November 2017.  He might get an email to show that there is a reply on this thread, but he may be more likely to get a notification email if you send him a PM (Personal Message). This is assuming that he is still using the same email that RootsChat sends the notifications to.

To send a PM either click on the round symbol with a page in on the left under his name etc. or by clicking "Send PM" on his profile. You can only send a PM once you have made 3 posts on RootsChat.

Good luck  :)
