I continue to search for the death of James FRASER, who died in Pictou in 1859, also for his wife Barbara CAMERON who I have no death date for.
Hoping someone can help.

Don't know if you were given this site in your previous enquiries or even if it is useful

The closest info I have that mentions a connection to James Fraser and "Barbara" Cameron is a death of a John Albert Fraser who died June 23, 1927 at age 67 in Stellarton, Pictou, N.S. His birth year is about 1860. James Fraser died before he was born. Haven't located a death of James yet. The info I found can be seen online at Family Search.org, Canada, N.S., N.S. Deaths 1890-1955. It only mentions the mother's last name as Cameron. Hopefully, the name John Albert Fraser is in your ancestry research.

Without hijacking this thread ::) I am looking for a death in Pictou as well.
Johanna known as Ann Holland nee White born ca 1833, maybe also has Alice in her name, was in Barney River, Pictou in 1881 with husband Thomas b 1825 & some children.
1881; Census Place: Barney River poll district, Pictou, Nova Scotia; Roll: C_13176; Page: 26; Family No: 115
Thomas HOLLAND M Male English 56 Nova Scotia Lumberman Catholic
Ann HOLLAND M Female Irish 48 Nova Scotia Catholic
Charles HOLLAND Male Irish 18 Nova Scotia Not Given Catholic
Thomas HOLLAND Male English 21 Nova Scotia Lumberman Catholic
John Edward HOLLAND Male English 11 Nova Scotia Catholic
Annie HOLLAND Female English 14 Nova Scotia Catholic
Thomas died in Upper Musquodoboit in 1890 a widower & is buried in Holy Cross Cemetery Halifax. I have never been able to find Ann's death, she must have died between 1881 & 1890 - can anyone help?
Thanks, Josey

This reply is in reference of "Josey's" lookup request for a Johanna Ann White's death. The info I found that I'm including here as a attachment, I was not able to send in a PM to "Josey". I did get your reply "Josey" and wish you a Happy Holiday also.

Thank you for the link 19Mic50Mac; I accessed the page on familysearch; I also messaged the person adding the information as there was unfortunately no reference for the death that I can check. I did also add a bit too - the 1851 birth & 1867 death of the eldest child William, the 1867 death of the first Ann & the 1867 birth of the second Ann - all with references.
The poster of the 1889 death must have had the information from somewhere so it will be good to find that source. Also her burial....

Thanks Sandra, hadn't tried the site myself for a while but had it in my notes as part of my search for Johanna Holland's burial.

The John Albert who died in 1927 is the James & had a brother named Simon I? [brother who registered the death] who strangely did not record his mother's forename...here is his probable death - a carriage maker - single so no marriage record for mother's name :(

This reply is in reference to the Fraser family. In a earlier post, it was thought that James Fraser died in 1859. In this most recent post, the name Ellen has come up in this Fraser family ancestry. James and Ellen Fraser are listed in the 1871 and 1881 Census as are the children too. Ellen is also listed in the 1901 Census with her children still.

I just want to add one more item to my recent post. In the thread for William K, it list that James and Ellen married 8 Dec. 1850.
