I would be greatly appreciative if anyone could find any dates of birth/baptism/marriage or death for the following individuals:
Alexander George MacGregor born 1895, Hornsey, Edmonton District
Alexander George McGregor married 1923, Edmonton District
Alexander George McGregor died 1961, Brentwood, Essex
Eliza MacGregor died 1886, Lewisham

Well, it's 3 dates for the same person, one of which I'm found.

No that is just the qtr of the year, this can even include late births in December 1894.

The Brentwood death gives date of birth as 7/11/1900
from census of the family sister Flora also has MMN Streater. the marriage may have been in Scotland.

His parents married in 1890, in Marylebone. It's strange that his d.o.b. is given as 1900.
