what date -early1800's? mid? late?
Was Hannah married? If so when and who to?
With a not uncommon name like Cook we need as much information as possible

Born around 1818  married to a sizer lindley I think her father was  john cook about 1787 thanks for you reply greatly app.

Hannah was living at 11, Manor Street

I have just reached same conclusion
Baptism 13 Jan 1822 Laxton
Saltmarsh in the Parish of Howden
Laxton is a chapelry of Howden

so it makes sense

EDIT Hannah at marriage stated she was living at 11, Manor Street, this is the address of her brother George 32 occ Cordwainer b Saltmarsh and family in 1851 census HO107/2362/405/15

No, they're not on Ancestry.  If you live in England then perhaps your local library has access to FindMyPast.
