Your attachment is cropped in such a way as to rob us of the opportunity to see more of the handwriting and context. I suspect you are making some mistake, as Irish death certificates do not include maiden surnames.

It looks to be a Scottish death certificate (which would record a maiden name) but presumably the family are known to have come from Ireland.
I'd go for McKenny too.

Yeah this is a Scottish death certificate but she was born in Ireland so thought you guys could help with the names, just trying to find out any info on these people

It says M.S. before the surname which usually stands for Maiden Surname.
I plump for McKenny too. Or McHenry at a stretch.
